Delivery Questions

Orders placed with us before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day so you can expect your order within 48 hours unless you select next day delivery if available for the product you are purchasing.

Yes our online tracking system will enable you to track the order status once it‘s been processed. The online Parcel Force tracking system will enable you to tack the order once it’s been dispatched. All shipments are given an unique consignment number which can be entered into the online Parcel Force web site to track the order.

Yes we can arrange next day guaranteed delivery at an additional cost of £10.00. The order must been entered online by the customer before 2.00pm on the day prior to the required delivery date.

Please send an e-mail to advising us of the problem, quoting your order number and contact details.

You’ll receive an e-mail reply confirming we’ve received your e-mail asking you to do one of two things. 1. Try to resolve the problem by carrying out the technical help / advice given by our Technical services team 2. Place the unit in the original packaging and await the returns number for the unit to be sent back on.


Any unit that has an Aux in socket.

Some units will allow you to connect additional speakers (Please refer to specifications) We recommend using our additional speakers Sub-Woofer T-010 which can be purchased from our web site.

None of the Steepletone products advertised on our web site will connect to a PC, Lap top or Tablet Computer

The only product that offers a DAB radio is the Sreepletone Memphis 5 in 1 Music System

All Steepltone record players and music systems are supplied with a universal stylus

No none of the Jukeboxes advertised play more than one CD.

Yes certain models will allow you to record your old vinyl records to CD. When looking through the different products, look for the ones with ENCODE in their specifications. ENCODE / RECORD are the same

Yes you can stop the recording after each track if required

Yes you can purchase a selection of replacement styluses from our web site. The most common stylus is the SSTY1 which fits majority of Steepletone units
